Former Headhunter Explains How To Answer 11 Tough Interview Questions

Today on Business Insider, Vivian Giang wrote an article on a former head hunter's take on 11 challenging questions. Unlike the tough questions previously posted, these are a little more practical and more likely to come up in an interview. Below are the questions answered in the article.
  • Walk me through your job changes.
  • What interests you least about this job?
  • What can you do for us that no one else can do?
  • What kind of decisions are most difficult for you?
  • What bothers you most about your job?
  • When do you expect a promotion?
  • Tell me about a time when an emergency caused you to reschedule you workload/ projects.
  • Tell me about the problems you have living within your means.
  • We have tried to hire people from your school/your major before, and they never seem to work out. What makes you different?
  • Have you ever had to make unpopular decisions?
  • How would evaluate me as an interviewer?
